1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ijuta ("ijuta", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ijuta website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services available at ijuta.net. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ijuta Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
2.1 Minimum Age. Access to ijuta is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is a hard restriction enforced through mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. ijuta reserves the right to request age-verifying documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ijuta does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. If accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and ijuta bears no liability for any consequences arising therefrom.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or use ijuta: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who are employees, contractors, directors, or agents of ijuta or its affiliated entities; (c) individuals who are self-excluded from gambling services; (d) individuals acting on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party in relation to gambling activity on the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) ijuta account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via different devices or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or withdrawals pending investigation.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent verification process is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify ijuta promptly of any changes to your registered details. ijuta is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate or outdated information.
3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, and at ijuta's discretion at any time, you may be required to complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting one or more of the following: a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, or other documentation as reasonably requested. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ijuta will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ijuta support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting ijuta support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules. Outstanding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure unless otherwise agreed in writing by ijuta.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Currency. All transactions on ijuta are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied within the Platform. The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ijuta accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking), Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to completion of KYC verification. eWallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. ijuta reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to require that a withdrawal be returned via the same method used for the originating deposit.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts are subject to daily and monthly withdrawal limits as published in your account settings. VIP account holders are subject to separately communicated limits. ijuta reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at its reasonable discretion with notice to the affected account holder.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ijuta is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements. ijuta reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal that triggers AML review protocols. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before a withdrawal is released.
Deposits made via Touch n Go eWallet or Boost are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. FPX bank transfers are credited as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the respective bank.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game, table, or market are displayed within the relevant game interface. These limits are subject to change and may differ between standard and VIP accounts.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted and confirmed until the Platform generates a bet confirmation reference. In the event of a technical error or connectivity failure before a confirmation reference is issued, the bet is deemed void. ijuta is not liable for the consequences of technical failures occurring outside the Platform's control.
5.3 Void Bets. ijuta reserves the right to void bets placed in error, arising from obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or where the outcome of an event has already been determined at the time of placement. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.
5.4 Sportsbook Rules. All sportsbook markets are governed by specific event and sport rules as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at ijuta's discretion. Results used for settlement are based on official sources recognised by the relevant governing body of the sport or event.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Conditions. All bonuses and promotions offered by ijuta are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed using bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless the relevant game is explicitly listed as eligible.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ijuta reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that exploit bonus terms, or using automated or systematic wagering strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds.
6.4 Promotional Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible players as specified in each offer. Some promotions may be restricted by account tier, deposit history, or activity level. New player welcome offers are available to first-time registrants only and may not be claimed in conjunction with other welcome offers.
7. Responsible Gaming
ijuta is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in every account dashboard. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm may voluntarily activate a cool-off period or apply for self-exclusion through the account settings.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and apply across all ijuta services for the elected period. During a self-exclusion period, ijuta will take reasonable steps to prevent promotional communications from reaching the excluded player. 8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ijuta Platform:
- Using any automated software, bot, scraper, or AI system to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any winnings arising from known errors must be reported and will be voided;
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through or in connection with the Platform;
- Allowing or facilitating any third party to access or use your account;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the ijuta Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of ijuta or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without ijuta's prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ijuta's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 ijuta shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or damage to reputation, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
10.3 ijuta does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and emergency maintenance periods may affect Platform availability without advance notice.
11. Privacy and Data
ijuta's collection, use, and retention of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. ijuta implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data.
12. Amendments to These Terms
ijuta reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Where you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority licensing frameworks and the general principles of commercial law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact ijuta support to seek informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the matter may be referred to independent arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules as specified by the applicable licensing authority.
